A Weekend Of Choir Fun! 

One week before – Orchestra rehearsal

Friday, June 27th
3:00- 9:00 pm Rehearsal for performers
                         and orchestra                

Saturday, June 28th
  9:00 am - ?  Rehearsal for performers
                         and orchestra 
  5:00 pm       Dinner and open bar at DAC
  8:00 pm       Performance at the
                        Detroit Opera House 
  11:30 pm     Afterglow at the
                        Detroit Opera House

THE DINNER
A black tie dinner will be held at the DAC prior to the performance. 

(The dinner will be a fundraiser, and is not for the performers who will be preparing for the event.  Performers will be welcome at the afterglow)

THE SHOW
Participation in the opening and closing numbers will be open to all choir alumni since the class of 1988. 

Featured alumni (small groups and soloists) have been selected by Andy Haines, who will direct and choreograph all numbers. 

Technical support will be provided by Dan Vicary and the Detroit Opera House staff.

Former band and orchestra students who played with the choir or in the musicals are also invited to attend.

THE AFTERGLOW
After the performance, there will be an Afterglow at the Detroit Opera House where performers can "meet & greet" the audience, other alumni and friends!  All performers receive free admission to the Afterglow.

Note: As with every Grosse Pointe South Choir event, everything is subject to change.
